Nanosecond of Fame

Dedicated to the amazing contortionist Alexey Goloborodko, the prodigy who has challenged the human body like nobody else did in the documented history of ever. He's the Harry Houdini of human pretzels, the Mozart of bendy backs, the Columbus of going far and beyond, etc, etc...

According to famous contortion expert Gerd Rasquin, "Alexey is quite possibly the first and the last contortionist of his flexibility level, and a second contortionist like Alexey is not estimated to appear in the next 40 years."

He was born already having a lot of natural flexibility, thanks to his parents it was discovered very early and since then he's been getting luckier and luckier in discovering his true potential. The true art of his trainer was to convince the boy again and again that he could do even better if he tried and that he should always set a new goal once the current goal has been reached.

This was inspired by the pose Alexey did in one of his videos. Looking at the pose he does in the video it's hard to believe it's one person and not two people stacked on top of each other, so it was interesting to try drawing a side view of the same pose just to prove it's indeed one superflexible person! :3

What do you think? 😄
