This is based on the drawing "Fire" by JonathanVKohl.

According to the description, she is "Life 4, given name Feu, no nickname, unbirth female, physage 11/y, 9th in Casenia's sequence". I don't know anything else about her but she made me think of a futuristic lab experiment subject or something like that XD Sorry it's just a wild guess ^^
