Wow, thank you so much! I don't remember how long it took, I rarely finish something in a single day because on the next day I usually see some mistakes and potential changes, so I retouch it over and over, then at some point it's hard to make a change without making it worse, so there I stop :D But if I had to estimate, maybe 5-6 hours in total? But it's really hard to say as I made lots of refinements here and it was over the course of a few weeks.

I mean I know this kind of art that involves the use of ai tools is hard to properly measure in terms of "effort". We just have to live through this ice age because in the future there will be no such a thing as art that doesn't involve ai tools, artists will just learn it as a standard part of the process.

I also enjoy that combination (muscles and wasp waists), also wide hips and thick legs make it even hotter. Nothing against skinny guys either, would suck a ribcage any day, haha :D

Haha, thank you so much! I didn't know it was my best story yet but for me this one is important because it finally features the new concept I had for waist-cinching and contortion, with them being actual important practices in this world. So I guess this story kind of splits the lore to before and after, in a way :D

Yeah, I'm usually inspired more by the format of short stories like "The Thousand and One Night" or the tales about Robin Hood, etc, than long ass novels. Novels are great but it's not something I can do, I guess it's like powerlifting, there are world class athletes breaking records and then there are regular fit people. Here I tried to lift a bit more and span it across several chapters, but I think it only worked for 3-4 chapters, the later chapters are not so well connected and just talk about their own thing ^^;

I'm very happy to know you liked the lore, hopefully it will be fun to expand with more ideas over time! :D

Well, Pretty Birds was drawn in 2006 and it was inspired by Fisfis, who had paintings and even sculptures of it made in the 1990s or even '80s, the pose was even in his comic drawn as early as 1987 if I remember correctly.

I was also told in 2005 that Alexey's coach used to visit my site and he showed my 2004-2005 works to then young Alexey for inspiration, but then all of a sudden he stopped visiting, claiming that my art "spoiled", "turned bad"... Too bad indeed, because if he followed my page for just 1 more year, he would catch "Pretty Birds" and Alexey could have taken his famous 2010 photo in 2006.

But it's all history now. If the naming was up to me, though, the pose looks more like an anatomical anarchy sign than anything :D
