Chess Party

I love this scene I never get tired of seeing your oracles^^ or their triple-fold positions
Hehe, I'd never get tired of drawing them ^__^ <3
Dawww. I can never get enough of this picture!! It has always been one of my favorites. Just seems so relaxing and cute, but I always end up wondering what the moon oracle's face looks like. ( o ___ o )

<3<3<3
Thank you so much <3<3
I'm wondering, too, I always wanted to draw him again, and also try a drawing in some normal pose because it would be sooo very...UNUSUAL XD
they must be very talented contortionists...
Ahehe, my oracles aren't contortionists, they're rather... uncontortionists :D because they're pretty much always "sitting" like that, only unfolding to go get something from the fridge or whichev *dance*
How I wish to draw these triplefolds this good.
It's a tripple-fold, so just divide the body into three imaginary parts and draw them :D then blend together somehow... :3
But yeah, tripplefold is a sweet pose, specially when done by chubbier charas, it's just so compact and comfy if you don't consider the stupid backbone :D
Anyway glad you like it man! Thanks for the comment *dance*

Christian's Workout

This is gorgeous! I love the hair! And the pose is just stunning. I had to look twice to make sure my eyes were seeing what I thought they were. It's beautiful.
Hey, I found this video of a girl doing a bunch of the poses that you draw, and more. I was thinking it might give you inspiration. If I could paint half as good as you do I would be painting these poses in a second!

Yea, I accidentally thought of this pose and how it would look specially good with a long hair, and also there's something specially hypnotizing about really advanced poses like this... I'm so glad to know it had the same effect on you, I actually drew this one about 3 years ago and so it's fun to view it occasionally and I'm always like hey wait, is he really doing that??

When you think of it, rationally, there's nothing special, just bending, but at the same time it's so much more but it's almost impossible to explain what exactly, but say, if there was a poll asking for the most beautiful thing the mankind has invented and there were, like, 10 answers, I'd instantly vote for contortion ^^
The background is really pretty and makes the whole image grand!
So glad you liked it! Thank you! ^^
Love the bracelet in his feet.
Thank you ^-^

Snow Snail

Isn't he lovely!?!?
I can't believe I missed him, after all the times I've been through your gallery, I've never seen him before!
Thank you so much for the compliment! ^_^
It's the first drawing in my gallery, I believe ^-^
(but not the first I made, of course)
I hope that branch is strong enough! Noticing that he's nude, that would be something to have a nude contortionist for a life drawing session! I think that would be a lot of fun! Cool thing with contortionsist though is for the most part the are almost practically nude in one sense, wearing all the skin tight outfits or even just very little at all. Besides contortion IS turning the body itself into art forgetting the clothes.
Yes indeed, minimal clothing for the win, and I personally don't really enjoy a backbend as much if I'm unable to see the actual play of skin and muscles, so bending while wearing loose clothes seems like a major waste of talent. I'm not the biggest fan of showing off the private bits, so I really do prefer either skin tight outfits or some sort of small panties (even on male subjects, I don't think they're girly since bodybuilders wear them and contortion is very similar to bodybuilding, since it's all about the body). As for this picture in particular, this is a race I made based on slugs and humans, but their reproductive organs are those of slugs, that said, they don't have any human genitals at all and instead they have a long luminous "tongue" that comes out of the hole in the belly button. They're also used to live in trees and have naturally flexible muscles and even bones...
^^ so cute
thankies ^-^
interesting!!!!
Yay XD
EEEE! *hugs him* How did I miss him? D:
He's my favorite.
Thank you so much ^^
Definitely my favorite as well, still the best piccy I've ever drawn :o

🎱 Helmut Game

Shifty
I always wanted to do games, but realized complex one which I really wanted are impossible taks.
So I tried simple vertically scrolling shooter, but at the time I wanted somehow nice graphics so I started learning C which turned to be bit of a nightmare. So next atempt was python and there I managed to do very simple prototype but it took months and again I realized that for even simple game which would be ugly (can't do graphics) years would be needed... so I gave up. Same story as with learning japanesse or painting... each of these things I tried repeatedly like 3-4 times before relizing there just isn't enough time if I want to keep doing other things I already do.

So the fact that you obviously MADE IT now at least... is amazing you made it past that worst hurdle finaly!
Plus I think this "RPG" style is like "real" game I used to like 2D platformers but always regarded them as too 2D :-D (even 3D ones) ehm :-D I hope it make sense.

Highlighting of unfinished places might work fine via certain hotkey like "tab" or on smartphone via special icons. Red dots or gems in default view would ruin your art in my oppinion, break immersion.

Minigames uaaaaa I get the point but in that case I probably never see most of rewards X-D Iam just not too got at them.

In any case wish you most of luck and will!
Yeah I think it would take years if you don't know how to do it, that's why I think it was a good idea to make a lot of unfinished games over the years to learn things and keep trying. You see, I give up a lot but I never give up for good, I just see what I like and do it, if it doesn't work out then I give up but if I feel like doing it again in the future I just get back to it. I just don't care if something didn't work for me in the past, I just keep gathering infos about it for a new restart one day…

Now I'm using the Godot game engine, which has a Python-like language and I think it's practically the Blender of the gamedev world, it has incredible features yet very lightweight and optimized for performance, very amazing resource system and memory management that doesn't have enormous memory leaks like Java and also doesn't crash like C++, also the games work on the web with WebAssembly making it faster than Javascript, best of all it's free, like Coco Chanel's famous saying "best things in the world are free", I think Blender and Godot are on the list XD

I dunno, i just learn most things with Google and YouTube, thanks to a lot of tutorials you can find nowadays... I'm even starting to get better with Blender, modeling and rigging, so my current goal is to switch over from DazStudio to Blender and make my own characters instead of altering the Daz people, maybe even some stylized characters, and experiment with shaders, hopefully change my art style again to something more interesting.

But I agree, about 10 years ago gamedev was hell and very little you could do than learning it the hardcore way…but yeah, I don't wanna make my games super hard to play so no worries about difficulty…my goal is to make Helmut walk around the world based around my art just for fun but mini games could make activities more interesting I think.
