Circus Girl
Geez... circus is full of really cool kids if you ask me ^.^ Most of them are still training in the backstage, so you'd never actually see them unless you run off to circus yourself... ^_^;
Anyway, this is Rouge's mother, Freia, when she was herself a young girl :3
