Tight-belting is the oldest tradition of Arcus' kingdom, nobles who have nothing better to do start wearing a tight belt since the earliest childhood and let the body develop itself around it, resulting in an extreme baby-sized waist which is for some reason considered very beautiful in that kingdom :3
