Your works are always new and interesting. Few last images are among most memorable.
Oh Rosa can fly now too?! :-) I guess with pair of friendly legs even that is easy feat. Can guess knight's armor is inspired by previous Angel breastplates, but almost all parts are brand new and shiny beyond golden bars! in his vault. I mean it must have been very hard to catch all reflections and look just right.
And If Iam not making things up again after much staring I can see letters Luv/Lov(e) :-) Rosa's look toward Lawren hinting I may be right, further :-)) Iam delighted... and can't say much more now.
Thank you so much! Sorry if it looks like Rosa is floating, that wasn't the intention 😛 At first I wanted to put a chair under her but then removed it because it looked better without it and she could get a better fold that way I'm sure :P
Hmm, i think the knight's armor is exactly the same armor as the angels. Maybe she's one of those knights or it's their uniform or something. Not sure where do you see the Luv letters? 🤔
Before reading story once again, I have an idea how make this picture work more as I think its very good! except "stylized" Martin seems bit like his own unfinished creation. What if he was behind some form of window or dimensional portal? Just peeking at Helmut? Maybe its stupid idea, as I can't picture it exactly in head myself :-( but for some reason felt need to tell you right away before going to bed.
Speaking of crazzy ideas another one just arrived. What if sculptor was making statue just as he is doing inspired by gorgeous model but statue's current form would change his own look in less precise way? Sort of: Do not fear... I dont wana copy your look but little inspiration here and there, can't hurt... .
Thank you for the suggestions, but usually I just trash pictures like this because changing them would take hours of work 😂
My third comment on this one, sorry for that :p But I want to stress out it is good you shared even bit inperfect picture with us, story is great and even details like pattern on wall or sculpture are interesting to me. Maybe most people dont appreciate it but I certainly do!
Thanks! We will never know what most people appreciate if they keep visiting here to grab what they like and give nothing in return 😥
Story is very funny. In my own backs something cracked today so just watching Helmut to do snail kinda pains me ,-D but as long as he likes it Iam delighted to watch him.
I like that Martin is teaching and learning various "techniques" at same time... its straight out of best dreams possible.
And Nate having so many friends which can give him helping hands at same time is very good thing!
btw: stone of sculpture is complex and as you write must have taken many hours to make it almost realistic! Plus I like Martin's outfit. Thanks!
Thank you so much for reading the story! Yes, Nate sure has a lot of friends. I'm very glad you enjoyed the sculpture and the outfit 😊
Hmmm I think I noticed something, that droplet of sweat on previous images added emotional charge despite being unrealistic. If that could be somehow retained it be very interesting. As those little "lost" artistic details are probably why some people thinks hand drawn versions are better. Personaly love all your works. Yet Iam sure it is not easy at all with 3D graphics.
Sorry I'm not going to change this picture, it's not because of 3D graphics but because I remade the picture the way I would do it today and not just copied the old work.
Pink girl always seemed like special kind of girl, place where it all started. Iam so glad, you returned to her. I like every version!
Indeed it's where it all started. I did some pencil drawings before, actually I remember as a kid I drew a frog and my friends never believed that I drew it, they said my parents drew it... later I made more pencil drawings but it was some kind of mages and monsters. My very first contortion art was actually this pink girl :3
Agree 100% about everything you said about movie including all looking same. There was many unexplained missing parts of story, too much. Ah reaction vids, used to watch them for a while but spending time here is much better.
She is flying almost like an angel! Very nice!
I like the image(s)! And we talked about a movie thanks to its existence. I would bet a lot that if you would do more "suit" pictures they be even better. But that doesn't mean i dont like Yasha the space xplorer :-p
Yeah, I wanna try more space suits, but next time actually texture them properly. I think space suits have a great potential for wasping, I remember even Mass Effect and Borderlands having some aliens or robots with hourglass waists, so that would be cool to make :D
I have seen some ugly coments and then beautiful animations just wanished before my eyes! No, dont give in to ugly people! Sure your videos arent perfect since you just starting with them!!!, but they are unique and great all the same! I want to see them and most people here too. To see you grow and become even better while old ones have their own charm.
In fact today I wanted to comment on that latest "Faust" one... it felt very artistic. People today are so mean and ugly, do not let them to infect you with their darknes. Iam very sad now :-(
The comments weren't ugly, they just sounded bored, it's just I made such a complex animation for the first time but people reacted as if I posted a picture of my breakfast :D
Well, I restored it as you know and thank you so much for your comment on it!! Shifty is the one who always make the day brighter on this site, or darker when commenting on Noah's Ark and clones XD But it's also good as keeps me thinking how to improve the clones or even doubting if they're necessary, maybe only for the space expeditions. Imagine if all the characters in Noah's Ark are boys, that means the System found a way to create a male-only world using clones. But now I'm probably making that story even worse and also going off top XDD
Huh after seeing thumbnail I immediately thought about that scene which was by the way kinda 70s in bad way (that other guy going toward him after he performed this stance). I mean nobody else in movie seemed to be that bendy, but who knows maybe he was thinking, "wow aliens must have turned the guy into passionate contortionist not killing zombie!" Would be like movie breaker if first was actually a thing and he would continue to show those moves during it, instant classic :-D
In a past I was often thinking a lot about different kind of advanced suits as those people in extreme conditions seems using today are so bulky and super primitive as they restrict already limited range of motion of average human.
One interesting seemed Crysis game Nano suit. But One which captivated my mind since kid when I first saw it was concept (not actual look) of alien bio suit from Independence day 1. The fact, that it is biological and enhances your body without turning you into clunky hard semi robot (just like second thicker layer of skin), but also offers strong protection. Kind of a super advanced neoprene suit through which you can feel and sense better than with your own yet sharpest rocks can't make a dent.
I also liked body language of last engineer when he started fighting that big tentacled thing. He seemed so skilled just from way he was moving as if he could turn it arround.
grrr anyway instead of marveling about your design Iam babling about everything else, sory! Yasha looks great even like this, but Noah and Namah design seemed more "advanced". But hey Yasha is just warming up!
Well that wouldn't be the prettiest contortionist but can always make a parody where the aliens create the human species for entertainment and not slavery, that's why they make us so soft and sexy :D Such mutations then are used to make the bones even more elastic!
In the movie as it is, that pose was completely off because as you said it wasn't used for anything good. He's just cheststanding and then he's already standing. It would be better if they at least showed how he gets up, it would be weird and bet would make that scene more popular with youtubers recording their reactions to it :P
As for space suits and the like, I probably mentioned already but I like this video, it's not a bulky suit though but well it looks futuristic anyway youtu.be/3qlzQBryT9A
As a side note what I not quite like about Prometheus is that all the aliens have the same face, for instance in Mass Effect 1,2,3 characters of the same race never look the same, but in Prometheus it's impossible to tell the very first alien at the beginning from the last one, unless I'm lame and it's supposed to be the same person :D
Anyways, no problem if Noah/Namah looked better, this pic was done just for fun as a test if these textures could be used for something like that, I don't know why I even uploaded this pic but it seems fun :P
Next I remembered I wanted to show you work of this artist. Ralph Mcquarrie, in my oppinion he was major (and largely unknown) reason why original Star Wars had such a unique magical feeling. Which is now just lost despite technology being so much more advanced, capable to showing any kind of scene. But without that special spirit this concept artist shown in each image, the world is just lacking something. Even when depicting conflict and wapon fire, you kinda want to live in that world as it seems beautiful somehow. In modern versions, this is absent and nobody sane would want to be part of that. I hope Iam not offtopic!
Clones, Idea about simple spawns in body only seems quite fine to me. This will sound strange, but some months ago when bored waiting on bus stop I got an (somewhat obvious) idea that in future you could have clone controled by your own mind and so you could literally --ehm you know what-- yourself :-D and experience it on both ends at same time.
But a clone with just copied mind, thats kind of a strange as you are not unique anymore and that is not just a vanity but a) if clone does something better you know you are just a failure no excuse b) you can give up on doing anything as your exact copies already exists, why bother c) most things you ever do were done already including very little details. d) therefore nobody miss you if "you" stop existing And that was in a fact issue with Noah, that because his unique experiences he was different and no other clone can just be a quite the same - replace him that easy, yet he mistakenly thought otherwise. Will write more there tomorow! If Iam thinking too much forgive me.... always strugling to balance if I written too much or not enough in comment.
On other hand lets say you are having some kind of deadly accident, ie breaking your neck... and this alien entity will transfer your mind to exactly same body. That is still strange but most would be very ok with it. And in very scifi like case even solve "other side of world" problem as you would just transfer your mind to other clone body.
Yup time to end this megalong post :-)
"Next I remembered I wanted to show you work of this artist. Ralph Mcquarrie"
Yeah it's a good art, but I honestly don't remember any bad moments in SW episodes 1-8 that made me stop watching or left a bad aftertaste. I usually can't watch movies like that, like 2 days ago I tried to watch "Gangs of New York" because I read it was good but I only survived about 15%, just not my cup of tits. The same with most movies like that. But SW8 Last Jedi, I watched it all, think it's a good movie, but truth be told, I don't really remember any scenes from it or other new SW movies, they all have very good plots and many connections and extended lore, you watch and think wow that universe feels endless now, but the only catchy scene I can remember is the joke when the spaceship turns to be a clothes iron :D
"But a clone with just copied mind, thats kind of a strange as you are not unique anymore"
All the issues you listed (you're not sure of yourself, afraid someone will do better than you if given your body, you don't want to bother doing something because other people do it better or it was done before, afraid that you won't be missed because you can be easily replaced) are caused by depressive thinking. In 2201 depressed people, psychopaths and other mentally sick people don't exist anymore, so I can't imagine them having self-destructive thoughts like that. They're nice people, clones are just like twin brothers but with less obligations. The idea can be extended like clones could have one master body and the other copies are secondary, the master mind can switch between them, etc. But why bother with such complexities, maybe if I actually make a picture and would need a story for it then might dig deeper into it :D
I would never imagine, you will do Yasha stylized somehow as officer from SW :-D you are really one and only Yuni. And can't help to feel guilty that I somehow inspired you with my coment. His hair and hmm waist beg to be touched and rubbed. Story is also very funny and properly twisted.
But I want our "light" smiley Yasha baaack :-) away with dark forces! On other had if we would find out this is his "dark" clone or something I would be drooling to see them together, balancing one another. Also agree that few details can change perception very much.
Story was also funny and had interesting setting. Thanks for another trip to wonderland
I never thought I'd associate it with SW until the last moment when I realized he reminds me of something. I didn't look up SW and don't know what their officer outfits are, I watched the movies many years ago but somehow it just gave the SW vibe and then I remembered about May 4th, so I thought it would be convenient :D
I guess it's a good idea in general to try adding some clones to the world, it's been a while I was thinking of the Vraexol being able to generate humanoid spawns, I imagined basic spawns are simple but cute creatures who can fool humans and have sex with them to collect the important white fluid (human semen) used for the Vraexol's growth. Advanced spawns can be significantly improved, able to talk and telepathically connected to the Vraexol mycelium, so they can do diplomacy and make all kinds of deals with humans. But then there can be next level spawns who can be modelled after existing humans and copy their mental data at a certain time, so until that time the copied memories are the same as the original's but then after that the copy and the original start living their own lives.
I think clones are really useful, for example Yasha can get his own Andrzej if Andrzej is too busy and living in another country. Also when you're super talented and several places want to hire you at the same time, or if you're torn apart between wanting to get good at several things and can't choose, can always create a clone... Of course as in the example of Noah's Ark clones of the best people on the planet can be sent to build a new colony... :P
As opera or dancing goes my interest is very limited, never seen original. Yet can feel that Rogue-devil is like ballet dancer still learning its craft. He may tumble a bit once in a while, but his passion and energy is so great he will spark interest in audience! This video is exactly the same, it may not be most fluid 3D animation ever, but everything else is there. Almost like you are dancer himself.
I do love very last second and aside most visible waist his hands! You were thinking on little details like tatoo or proper costume design.
And given everything said, little "blurry" motion is smart solution, even speed. And thats all since I did used to dance, but were not good, no gift for that.
Same here, that's probably the only opera song I know but it's a fun song... I also think Rouge is new to ballet but had many long years of contortion behind his back. Well it was interesting to work on this animation even if the result isn't great, it started when I found a motion capture of a ballet dancer and I thought the movement was very interesting but the file was old from 2008 and didn't work well with my program, so I had to fix it frame by frame, also thought of adding a little twist. Overall it was an experiment to work with those files but apparently there's no 1-click solutions to animation as had to spend more than one full day to fix it :/
Anyway all these recent animations after 360-degree turntables are just my attempts to make some proper animation but it's really really difficult and sometimes I drop my jaw when I turn on the telly and there's that channel that's 100% made of 3D cartoons and I'm like HOW the fuck do they make it so easily that they can run a whole channel 24/7 with nonstop 3D cartoons! I fail to make even 5 seconds and make it look good -.-
So you see why I was pretty down about both this result and the feedback it got in the first days, sounding like nobody liked it, so I deleted this post. Thanks to your comment on another pic where you asked about it, I put it back. I also wanted to give up on animations because I feel like I have no talent for it but you and other commenters made me feel a lot better, I think I'll try again later! :3
Let it as it is, I think you solved it very well! If I have better idea I might actually do some graphics this time instead talking as it is something I can manage unlike your real art beauties. Thanks once again!
Yup, let's hope the yellow line is simple and not too distracting :P
Sadly dont know that one, I know like Witcher 1 or Skyrim, Oblivion, Planescape Torment etc and liked most popular strategy games (Master of Orion 2, Caesar 3) back when genre existed.
Yes thats what Iam loving, that you are finding way how to add multiple images into one naturaly and they aren't just form different angle, they are indeed different!
Comic is a tricky thing, it can end up as absolute blast, or bit awkward, but as with everything you sure figure it out!
Thanks for reply!!!
Ah, I thought you meant 'Suck my ribcage' as a quote from Borderlands 2. That's a great game by the way, tons of memorable moments from it! Most games I install only to uninstall them but some games never age, e.g. Skyrim, Dark Souls, but I guess each of us has their own list. For example many people like Portal 2 but I didn't have any fun with it.
Yeah, comics are too tricky and I normally make art just to relax and have fun, all the 3D software and painting/posteffects software are a lot like a big complex video game, it's fun to explore all the things you can do. Contortion makes it easy to stay focused on learning something new like this device I made by myself. Always wanted to learn this stuff because I think those smooth futuristic devices look super hot for contortion training and I'm definitely looking forward to make more crazy stuff like this haha... "soft bodies vs hard surfaces" XD
Suck that ribcage! :-D I knew Yasha will find a way to be sucked and bended, all in one moment somehow, but this goes beyond expectations! Idea with cameras so good.
Haha do I hear a Borderlands fan? Yup since i'm doing this in 3D I just can't get enough of how many angles look good sometimes, so I'm trying to find ways to incorporate more angles into the picture. I've seen some 3D artists do several images of the same scene from different angles but I find it not very artistic. Well, at some point I might finally try a comic :P
While this one is clearly better I still like some aspects of old one.
I like winking with background on your older works, those greek motives are always eyecatching on their own.
But now we have better look on helmut's insane achievement, better texture of cloth on table. And ofcourse upgraded Martin and his surroundings.
And hourglass are nice touch as always.
Yeah, I didn't want to replace the old one so I made this one a bit better but also different, like no socks and all... In the first one the composition, the perspective and the grey wall were quite ugly, but still had the cute socks 😏🧦
I have nothing clever to say to this one beside I love your work with concrete stone it certainly is unique! And wouldn't mind another use of it sometime in future. Everything can't be all polished and shiny. And Helmut's pose is almost unreal yet I guess it could work with unreal spine :-)
Thank you so much, I'm very glad you enjoyed this concrete as well as Helmut's pose 😊
🙃 Ups and Downs

But now we have better look on helmut's insane achievement, better texture of cloth on table. And ofcourse upgraded Martin and his surroundings.
And hourglass are nice touch as always.
🗿 The Concrete Beach
And Helmut's pose is almost unreal yet I guess it could work with unreal spine :-)
