πͺοΈ Sultans of Twist
His breathing is so real and jacket stylish.
Also coloring is making each frame stand on its own like painted image!

βοΈ Checkmate
He is brave not showing any tension but I think I can see very faint hint of concentration in his gracious look!
Shifty
Yeah, I wondered if the chess piece would look heavy enough, to me it still doesn't really look like contributing much to Andrzej's stretch but it looked nice anyway ^^ I'm mainly just trying to learn how to model more stuff in 3D, so it helps when I can use them in some artworks ^^
βοΈ Checkmates
They both look so realistic like a photo!
Shifty
Also glad you noticed the details on the floor etc, thankfully we live in the era of physics-based rendering where even free 3D software lets you create realistic images with enough skills :D
π« Toy Soldier
Another great thing is capturing X-) of the movement... can totally see Yasha will be in whole different position in blink of an eye!

π Black Snails
ps: I Helmut's latest adventure is a blast I plan to definetly comment on that one :-)

β Waist Watch
Really unique... do not think I ever seen similar scene (ghosts aren't counting). Hmm flexible neck... interesting indeed. Ie Yasha could twist on one side with waist and on other with neck on some spooky Halloween special :)
Shifty
This picture I almost didn't want to upload it but thought at least would show it for a couple of days...

Iam always so charmed by your little puns... to tell truth I never liked much such wordplay but with yous I laugh always! And lol you are right about those names!
Shifty
Story is very funny too :-p
Thanks for this beautiful treat!!!
Shifty
Glad you liked the story too, I was surprised all the political parties had so many idiotic puns hidden in their names π Nutsies, Analchists, Cummunists, Demoncraps, I mean come on... no way it was just a coincidence π€£
πΈ Bendy Rocker

Most of all I like, that he is so new and fresh yet looks like classic music star.
ps: Love his full name: Wolfgang Asmodeus Cockhard

Ofcourse I saw Nimbus, but never read story till now, thanks :) It is obvious dream and yet not that common... maybe its as always about "execution"... you need some sexy horny and good kitty, not just some alley cat for fantasy to work. Plus well it would help if human half was contortionist leaving even catboy in awe as flexibility goes hehe.
Would not use word disrespectful as it is overused lately. And as videogames goes... I could play some for 100 years and still have funn albeit they are multiplayer titles (which I stopped playing cos there is not enough time). In fact Iam pretty sure I could live 10 normal lives and still be reasonably ok by the end (maybe I could create images by that time lol). And when I imagine having new bodies and senses or even better mind to understand whole reality somehow differently... then 10000s of years seem ok.
The fact of your beloved ones diing or favorite things being destroyed is completely separate issue which sux no matter how long you live. As is overal stupidity which you would encounter without chance to correct it again and again and again.... yeah that could get kind of frustrating and "burning out" some passion.
And as good or original stuff goes, there is never enough but always some to be found... just listen to this :-D
I just try to be eternal optimist as that is prop only way how not become bitter realist... which is boring mostly - I know... .

I don't know, I think the purpose of my art is not to be realistic in describing conflicts and psychological traumas. But more like making a parody on "serious" things. When I smell some crap coming close to my art, I always flush the toilet so to speak XD Gotta separate the shit from the sexy asses, if you will.... XDD
I think all negative things are our enemies, we shouldn't indulge in them but fight them mercilessly. Yan Feng Gu is the same, if boredom gets to him, he finds a way to defeat that boredom, he doesn't start dwelling in it. I think we should never invest ANY time into ANY negativity, don't let it turn into a comfy chair but burn it with fire. That's why I see most people in this world as miserable pieces of shit because they really like to indulge in the negative and turn it into a comfy chair because then they can complain about it to others to feed their feeling of importance.
So on a brighter tone, when Yan Feng Gu ran into this division curse, he felt extremely lucky to experience whole new possibilities. Let's hope he knows what he's doing and everything is under control XD
And then when you would invite your new lover it be some very special threesome :D
Mortality... ie most sad depiction for me was in ES ingame books about elf queen Barenziah. Where she described each new human king as another "dog" which lived few years and then new appeared to the point she lost track.
On other hand there was passage about some khajiit thinking lustfuly about young blond haired human lad :-) and that was super nice image. Having tender moments with catlike pal... then maybe just sleep in his warm, fulffy and cuddly embrace.
Shifty
Wow, that's so disrespectful of Barenziah, isn't it XD But she's right, life is only fresh in the first 20 years, when you see the first 3-4 iterations of the same thing... then you start losing track in the constant repetitions. It's like a video game that's only nice while you're learning and after you get good, it's just boring.
Oh, I've never thought of that before... If humans love to rub and cuddle cats so much, what would it be like to have a khajiit beloved XD Reminds of that catboy Nimbus I had some years ago, maybe one day I'll find a way to make someone like him in 3D... :P
βοΈ Basil plays Minecraft
I have no idea how complex or time consuming such art is but it does make Basil way more cute and "real". If it could last for bit longer when he ie exercise that be real game changer.
And thats why I managed to say just WOW at first!
Shifty
It's not something I would enjoy doing every day, but it was interesting to try creating a letsplayer setup and as you say make Basil more "real" :D
π₯ Golden Backbone
Spine prize is quite unique and well... nice?!
Go Yasha go!

π± Helmut Game
So I tried simple vertically scrolling shooter, but at the time I wanted somehow nice graphics so I started learning C which turned to be bit of a nightmare. So next atempt was python and there I managed to do very simple prototype but it took months and again I realized that for even simple game which would be ugly (can't do graphics) years would be needed... so I gave up. Same story as with learning japanesse or painting... each of these things I tried repeatedly like 3-4 times before relizing there just isn't enough time if I want to keep doing other things I already do.
So the fact that you obviously MADE IT now at least... is amazing you made it past that worst hurdle finaly!
Plus I think this "RPG" style is like "real" game I used to like 2D platformers but always regarded them as too 2D :-D (even 3D ones) ehm :-D I hope it make sense.
Highlighting of unfinished places might work fine via certain hotkey like "tab" or on smartphone via special icons. Red dots or gems in default view would ruin your art in my oppinion, break immersion.
Minigames uaaaaa I get the point but in that case I probably never see most of rewards X-D Iam just not too got at them.
In any case wish you most of luck and will!
Shifty
Now I'm using the Godot game engine, which has a Python-like language and I think it's practically the Blender of the gamedev world, it has incredible features yet very lightweight and optimized for performance, very amazing resource system and memory management that doesn't have enormous memory leaks like Java and also doesn't crash like C++, also the games work on the web with WebAssembly making it faster than Javascript, best of all it's free, like Coco Chanel's famous saying "best things in the world are free", I think Blender and Godot are on the list XD
I dunno, i just learn most things with Google and YouTube, thanks to a lot of tutorials you can find nowadays... I'm even starting to get better with Blender, modeling and rigging, so my current goal is to switch over from DazStudio to Blender and make my own characters instead of altering the Daz people, maybe even some stylized characters, and experiment with shaders, hopefully change my art style again to something more interesting.
But I agree, about 10 years ago gamedev was hell and very little you could do than learning it the hardcore wayβ¦but yeah, I don't wanna make my games super hard to play so no worries about difficultyβ¦my goal is to make Helmut walk around the world based around my art just for fun but mini games could make activities more interesting I think.
